Community Guidelines
Last updated 29 October 2026
KAIOS works because members help each other honestly. These guidelines keep it that way.
Give before you ask
Answer other people's feedback requests, not only your own. Specific, kind and honest beats long and vague.
Be honest about your work
- Only list skills you actually have and milestones you actually completed.
- Evidence links should point to real work you're entitled to share.
- Credit collaborators. Don't present others' work as your own.
Respect people
- No harassment, discrimination, threats, or sexual content.
- Critique work, not people.
- Respect “no”. Hiding a match or declining to collaborate needs no explanation.
No spam or unsolicited selling
Don't use matches or feedback threads to promote services, recruit for schemes, or collect contact details for marketing. Ask for consent first.
Protect privacy
Don't share another member's private information, screenshots of private conversations, or their data outside KAIOS without permission.
Reporting and enforcement
Report problems through the contact form (topic “Safety”). A person reviews every report. Depending on severity we may remove content, warn, suspend or remove members. Where reasonable we'll explain decisions, and you can ask for a review.
