How KAIOS BUILD works
A small set of workflows that each lead to a concrete outcome: a collaborator, a useful answer, or a shipped milestone.
- Step 1
Apply
Tell us what you're building, the skills you bring, what you need and how many hours a week you have. We ask only what we use to review and match — the form explains why for each field.
- Step 2
A person reviews it
Applications are read by the founder, not scored by a model. We look for a real project, a specific need, and willingness to help others. If it's not the right time, we'll say so.
- Step 3
Redeem your invitation
Approved applicants receive a single-use link tied to their email. It expires after two weeks. An invitation lets you create an account; membership starts when you activate it.
- Step 4
Fill in your Builder Passport
Skills you offer, skills you need, stage, collaboration style and weekly hours. Choose who can see it: only you, members, or the public after review.
- Step 5
Get matched — with reasons
Matching is deterministic and explainable: “offers mobile apps, which you need; similar stage; comparable hours.” Hide any suggestion you don't want.
- Step 6
Ask one good question
Post a feedback request about one project with one specific question. Other members answer; you rate how useful each answer was. Up to three open requests at a time keeps it focused.
- Step 7
Commit to one thing a week
Write one weekly commitment. At the end of the week, mark it done or missed and add a note. No streaks, no public shaming — just a record of progress you can point to.
- Step 8
Show your work
Milestones with evidence links build up your Builder Passport. Make a project public and, after a quick review, it appears in the showcase with a shareable page.
