Service Delivery Policy

What you receive

A membership pass gives your account access to member features (matching, feedback exchange, weekly commitments and the monthly AI allowance) for the number of days shown at checkout.

When it's delivered

• Access is activated immediately after your payment is verified — usually within seconds of completing checkout.
• If verification is delayed by the payment network, it completes automatically once Razorpay confirms the payment, typically within 30 minutes.
• Your active-until date is always visible in Billing.

If something goes wrong

If money was debited but your membership isn't active after an hour, contact us with your payment ID. See the Refund Policy for how failed activations are handled.
